Portions of the game software may be based on open-source code, which is used under its respective license.

Trademarks and affiliation. Google and Chrome are trademarks of Google LLC. DinoGameOnline.io is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google LLC. The Dino Game on this Site is an independent recreation inspired by the offline dinosaur game in the Google Chrome browser. Names such as "Chrome Dino" or "Google Dinosaur Game" are used only to describe the game and do not imply any connection with Google. All other trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

You are responsible for activity on your account. You must not create an account if you are under 13.

7.2 Usernames

Your username, country flag, scores, and play count are shown publicly on the leaderboard. Your username must not:

  • Contain profanity, sexual content, hate speech, or slurs.
  • Harass, threaten, or insult another person or group.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or the Site's operator.
  • Include personal information such as a real full name, phone number, address, or email address.
  • Contain links, advertising, or promotional content.

We may change or remove any username that breaks these rules, with or without notice.

7.3 Fair play and the leaderboard

Leaderboard scores must come from normal play. You must not use cheats, scripts, bots, browser tools, modified game code, or any other method to change your score or submit scores you did not earn. We may reset or remove scores and suspend accounts that we reasonably believe were obtained unfairly. Leaderboard rankings are for fun only and carry no prize or reward.

7.4 Submissions

If you send us content, including messages, bug reports, feedback, or suggestions ("Submissions"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display those Submissions solely to operate and improve the Site.

You confirm that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
  • Your Submissions do not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Your Submissions are accurate and not misleading.

We may review, remove, or edit any Submissions at any time, but we are not obliged to.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

Summary: All games on the Site are hosted by us. The Site also shows ads and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

Because the Site is provided free of charge, our total maximum liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed EUR 100 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

The limitations above do not apply to liability arising from:

13. Indemnification

Guest data stored in your browser can be removed at any time with the "Clear Data" button or by clearing your browser's site data.

Upon any termination:

  • Your license to use the Site ends immediately.
  • Your account, username, and leaderboard entries may be deleted.
  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Dispute Resolution) continue to apply.

15. Dispute Resolution

Summary: We first try to resolve disputes informally. If that fails after 30 days, EEA/UK users can go to their local courts, and US users go to binding individual arbitration.

Please contact us first with any concerns. Send a written notice to [email protected] describing your dispute in detail. We will respond within 30 days and make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally.

15.1 For EEA and UK Users

If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days, you may bring a claim before the competent courts of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right as an EU or UK consumer to bring a claim before your local courts or to benefit from mandatory provisions of consumer protection law in your country.

15.2 For US Users

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

If you are in the United States and informal resolution fails, you and DinoGameOnline.io agree to resolve any dispute through binding individual arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration association (such as the AAA or JAMS), rather than in court. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND DINOGAMEONLINE.IO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

The following claims are excluded from arbitration and may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction:

  • Claims for injunctive or other equitable relief to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
  • Claims within the jurisdiction of a small claims court.

Any arbitration will take place on an individual basis. Class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted.

16. Governing Law

Summary: EEA/UK users: the law of their country of residence applies. US users: Delaware law applies.

16.1 For EEA and UK Users

These Terms are governed by applicable EU law and the law of your country of habitual residence, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of local consumer protection law that are more favorable to you.

16.2 For US Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute that is not subject to arbitration under Section 15.2 shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

19. Miscellaneous

  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and DinoGameOnline.io regarding your use of the Site and replace all prior agreements and understandings.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
  • Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
  • You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
  • DinoGameOnline.io is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or internet infrastructure failures.
  • These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or franchise relationship between you and DinoGameOnline.io.
